Time to present a band that brings a little more darkness to Falun in August 2022

Since the beginning back in 1989, Tiamat from Stockholm has changed genres from symphonic black metal via death to more gothic rock/metal. Regardless of genre, these gentlemen guarantee quality to the backbone when it comes to portraying the darker side of life. This in a sophisticated and emotional manner.

Their last album “The Scarred People” was released in 2012, but the band has nevertheless toured around in recent years to the audience’s badly hidden delight. Whether Tiamat’s music resurrects the former dragon queen by the same name and wreak havoc on Lugnet’s stadium remains to be seen.

After all, chaos in order can only be fun!
